You'll also find a 55-inch smart TV that provides you with various entertainment options such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, WOW, and more (we do not provide an account). The fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare delicious meals. You'll find all the necessary utensils, appliances, and cookware to unleash your culinary skills. Enjoy your homemade dishes at the dining table, which offers enough space for all guests. The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm). The high-quality hotel-grade bedding and soft pillows ensure a restful sleep. Additionally, a height-adjustable desk is available for you, perfect for working from the home office. In the bathroom, you'll find a modern shower, fresh towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. As a guest in our apartment, you'll have access to free Wi-Fi, allowing you to stay connected with your loved ones or work online at any time. The southern part of Munich, especially the district of Sendling, is undoubtedly one of the most popular areas in the city along the Isar River. Sendling not only offers a particularly large green area due to its proximity to the Isar, but it is also equipped with all the necessary shops for daily needs. Additionally, you'll find recommendable restaurants just around the corner, such as the Korean BBQ or the Italian restaurant Fratelli. Public transportation is conveniently located nearby and within walking distance, allowing you to easily reach the city's major attractions. This district is an excellent choice for travelers who want to experience the authentic Munich way of life.
