Looking for a private room in a convenient and lively area of Berlin? Welcome to our charming 68 sq.m apartment. The apartment has 2 rooms, and the room featured in the first image is available for sublet. Situated just a two-minute walk from the Rewe supermarket and Tegel U-Bahn station, and a five-minute walk from the Tegel S-Bahn station and the scenic Tegeler See lake, this fully-furnished apartment serves as the perfect hub for city exploration. Nearby, you'll find an array of restaurants and local shops, offering plenty of dining and shopping options. Inside, the apartment boasts a spacious bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher. You'll also have access to a washer and dryer, simplifying laundry during your stay. All utilities, high-speed internet, and cable TV are included. Bed linens, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and kitchenware are provided. You'll share the apartment with the host and his wife, who will occupy the other room.
