Our charming flat combines timeless elegance right in the heart of Passau, right on the threshold of the pedestrian zone and within easy reach of all the sights, boutiques, inviting cafés and exquisite restaurants. Despite its central location, the flat offers an oasis of calm, perfect for those who appreciate private accommodation with style. The lovingly furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building and impresses with a comfortable, spacious 180-centimetre double bed, a cosy couch, a smart TV for unlimited streaming of your favorite series and films, a dining area for four people - which can also be used as an inspiring workspace - and fast WiFi. The well-equipped kitchenette invites you to conjure up delicious meals or start the day with a freshly brewed coffee or tea. The bathroom boasts a spacious shower. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for additional guests. The apartment can be reached via the staircase.
I live in Passau and I am always available for my guests.
For connoisseurs who prefer to dine out, there is an abundance of restaurants, cafés and bakeries in the immediate vicinity. For those arriving by car, there are various paid parking spaces and parking garages in the immediate vicinity. A secure bicycle room is available for bicycles on the first floor of the building.
