Small office corner available. Ideal for singles, couples, business travelers or guests looking for a home. Central location with easy motorway access and private parking. During your stay, you will have full access to all areas of the apartment, as it belongs exclusively to you alone. That means you'll have the entire apartment to yourselves, and you can feel right at home. The only shared space is the driveway leading to the vacation rental, where you can park your car. Other than that, the apartment is entirely yours during your stay. At the moment, the outdoor area is not fully completed. The terrace is accessible, but there's still a final strip of pavement missing. However, this is only of visual concern. Additionally, the privacy screen towards the neighboring property is also not 100% finished. For now, a temporary solution has been put in place to ensure everyone's privacy. I'd also like to mention that during the core renovation, the exterior wall was damaged and dirtied. I kindly ask you to overlook these purely visual "flaws" when providing your feedback after a successful stay. Over time (and with suitable weather), all these minor details will be addressed. In the immediate vicinity of "Apartment Paul," there is another wonderful opportunity for social moments. Just a 10-minute walk away, you'll find "Gaststätte Hubertus," a traditional shooting club and restaurant.
