We are Tim and Karsten from Ko-Living. A long time ago, when we were children, we just loved living in holiday apartments with our parents and spending our holidays together in different cities and regions. Having a barbecue together in the evening, getting to know other people and their stories and just spending a good time at another place made every holiday and stay a very special experience. Later, in the world of quick consumption and full work life, we lacked that feeling of lightheartedness. Which is why we decided to offer holiday apartments ourselves to bring back old memories. Since then, we’ve been managing several vacation rentals in the most beautiful regions and cities of Europe in order to give everyone a place to relax, feel at home and experience unforgettable moments. Whether alone, with family or with friends.

Ahoy in Halle! Immerse yourself in the modern ambience of our Captain' Suite in the old town! A renovated old building meets nautic style. Even portholes aren't missing. You are going to love it: → 2 Bedroom with king-size beds → balcony → seperate kitchen with fridge and freezer, stove, oven & microwave → Comfortable sofa bed in the living room with space for the 5th and 6th guest → 65″ Smart TV, Netflix & high-speed WiFi → Modern bathroom → Parking garage around the corner (daily max. 10 EUR) This modern and freshly renovated approx. 105 sqm apartment in an old building is perfect for 4-6 people. The 5th and 6th guests can stay in the separate living room thanks to the comfortable sofa bed. You will love the unique design in the nautic style. The walls are not decorated with normal paintings. We used original nautical chart's of a former nordic captain who once used them to navigate his ship through the sea. Even portholes aren't missing in this stylish apartment. You can park in a near parking garage Ritterhaus in the Brauhausgasse (10 EUR per day). Please also have a look at our other listings in Halle, which offer space for up to 6 people.

It couldn't be more central ;-). You are in the middle of the old town of Halle, which is one of the largest area monuments in Germany that has remained almost intact from the war. Despite its central location, the apartment is quietly located in a side street with hardly any traffic. From here you can reach all central points in a few minutes.
