This cosy home is a retro style, double storey house in a very convenient but quiet location with sunset facing terrace, large private garden, free WI-FI, app. 100 TV stations, HDMI cable to connect your own laptop to TV, free telephone calls to German landlines and free private car park. We have a master bedroom that sleeps 2, the second bedroom contains an extra-large electrically adjustable king single bed (elevated for easier access for elderly/sick guests) that could also possibly be used for 2 children and in the living room you will find a high quality, easy to pull-out small double sofa bed that also accommodates 2 guests. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen with servery, a separate dining room with sunken lounge, a guest toilet and a laundry. Every room has individually adjustable heating. Toilets are elevated for more ergonomic wellbeing. All necessities to start you off, i.e. towels, toilet paper, shampoo etc. and more are provided. Should you require anything else, please just let us know.
Apart from spending time with my family it is my main goal to travel extensively. I have visited approximately 40 countries on 5 continents so far, hoping to get to know many more. But the best thing is always to go back to my home city every now and then. I invite you to enjoy my home too. I myself have travelled on business for many years and unfortunately had to stay in impersonal hotels because platforms like Airbnb did not yet exist, so I am happy to be able to offer my guests a bit of cosiness. I can't be without an interesting book and enjoy good food and spending time with old and new friends. Abgesehen davon Zeit mit meiner Familie zu verbringen, ist es mein Hauptziel, ausgiebig zu reisen. Ich habe bisher ca. 40 Länder auf 5 Kontinenten besucht, in der Hoffnung noch viele weitere kennenzulernen. Aber das Beste ist immer, hin und wieder in meine alte Heimat zurueckzukehren. Ich lade Sie ein, mein Heim auch zu genießen. Ich bin selbst viele Jahre geschaeftlich gereist und musste leider in unpersoenlichen Hotels unterkommen, da es Plattformen wie Airbnb noch nicht gab. The neighbourhood is in a central location, a pleasant street of single homes with many nearby parks. All shops and services, i.e. supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank, post office, medical care and other specialty stores etc. can be reached on foot. Tram No.3 (direct to central railway station and city centre) plus bus and night bus are all only 2 minutes walk away. A pleasant walk to city centre through parkland is also possible.
