Dear holiday-guests, The multi-family flat has an historic background of formerly being a barn-house for carriage drivers in 1906. It is located in the gorgeous and very safe siting of Berlin Wannsee. The area of Wannsee, in which the two apartments lie, offers a beautiful variety of landscape, spreading from forest, to lakes and to culture. This however does not limit the quick access into the city, be it by car or by public transportation. The S-Bahn station Wannsee can easily be approached by foot. From there the S-Bahn will transport you every 10 minutes to areas like the Ku’damm (20 minutes) or the Potsdamer Platz (30 minutes). Potsdam is practically around the corner. The apartments (one in ground floor and one in first floor) each feature a little separate bedroom and a combined living-room and dining-room with an additional sofa-bed. They can be booked for up to two adults and two children. These living facilities are very well equipped and furnished with a love for detail (Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, 4K TV, bedsheets and towels for example are all included). The best bit is: there are free parking spaces, often located in front of the house.

The garden apartment is located in the ideal siting of Berlin Wannsee. It is situated in ground floor of the multi-family house. The flat is furnished in a comfortable manner and offers a lovely view into nature’s back-garden. During summer-time you can use the little seating arrangements just near your apartment door. We also offer facilities to lock up your bicycle. Parking spots for your car are often available on the street near your house. The flat is designed to accommodate 2 adults and a maximum of 2 children.
