♥︎-furnished flat in the SI-Centrum Stuttgart. ☀︎ best view from the 12th floor ✈︎ 5 km distance to the airport/trade fair and ☺︎ 8 km to the main railway station/city centre of Stuttgart Cozy 1-room apartment (25 qm) on the 12th floor of the SI-Centrum Stuttgart. Private and all just for you. The apartment has a box spring bed (140x200cm) with high quality gel foam topper. In addition, there is a sofa bed with comfortable futon mattress (90x200cm). On the 43" Smart-TV you can log in with your Netflix, amzon Prime or Disney account. German cable TV is of course also available. The new kitchen is equipped with branded appliances (Bosch/Siemens) and all the necessary kitchen utensils for a dinner or leisurely breakfast. The newly renovated bathroom has a large walk-in shower with natural cosmetics for your private wellness.
