Our house is very family friendly. In our two flor modern villa with large garden we are able to accommodate large groups. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with double beds and twin single beds and 1 walk-through bedroom with twin single beds (can be made up as a double). The house benefits are spacious well proportioned rooms which are well lit with large windows. It is ideal for large families with babies/children and grandparents. Children's toys and books aplenty. The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms/toilets, one with whirlpool bathtub, one with bathtub and one with shower, club-room with billiard and interconnected dining room, kitchen and sitting room with TV and fireplace. In large Kitchen, you can find all that you need, cooker, microwave, kettles, dishwasher and two fridges. Iron/ironing board and 3 hairdryers provided. Use of washing machine available. Towels, linen, toilet paper, soap all provided. On large garden you find private pool, with lighting and swim jet, private tennis court and private covered barbecue place with fire place. On terrace is hot tube, which is great in colder days.

We (couple plus two sons) live in next to the house and we will always help our guests at any time.

The house lies in the small city Plana nad Luznici, near the river Luznice. It is very close to the unique middleage town of Tabor and it is located 1-hour drive away from Cesky Krumlov and 1,5-hour drive from the Prague airport. Railway and Bus station is just a fifteen minute walk. South Bohemia are full of path, foot and bicycle. You can cycling or just walking through the beautiful forests. Explore the paths around the local rivers, and you would be alone all day. Behind our garden you can start to path Greenways Prague – Wiena. All towns and villages around Plana nad Luznici have long interesting history. You can find beautiful buildings with tales everywhere. Our recommendation is to visit old middleage town of Tábor. The best heritage of UNESCO, Český Krumlov is only one hour by car. The countryside here offers endless possibilities for visiting places of natural beauty. Also, there are lots of historical monuments. The best tip for romance is the neo-Gothic Hluboká Castle.
