Literally everything, from the communication and hospitality of the host, to the accommodation itself - the cleanliness, the appliances, comfort, style, everything was perfect. I didn't expect such a well-equipped place for such a decent price, and it's just seconds from the metro station. It also offers free parking in a city where parking is a true pain.

My room looked new (recently built or renovated) and had all the standard facilities (fridge, hair drawer, etc) that I would have expected at a more expensive hotel. The lady owner was nice, and allowed me to drop my bag off early in the morning and pick up later at night. Tesco is within 5 min walk, metro stop is 10 mins, bus/tram stop is 5-10 min. Not near the Old Town/Charles Bridge, but about may 40 mins from hotel by tram/bus/metro. Some reviewers complained about loud noise, I think there is an attached restaurant but it was fine for me.

I like mainly everything about this hotel. The location was excellent, close to the underground station, so I left my car on the parking near the house and just went to go to explore Prague, I don't need to think about the parking in the city. There were easy to get inside when we came late evening. Sparkingly clean bed coverage. And for me, an additional benefit was the possibility to have morning coffee outside, next to the house they have a tiny space with a table and two chairs.

Marit was very friendly and communicative, she gave us many tips about Prague. The room itself was clean and cozy, we felt comfortable. It took us about 20 minutes every day to the city center, via metro. We would recommend and come back to this place.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The most appreciated was the large bed and extraordinary shower.The host was very friendly and helpful. The area is closed, even with private parking. Even though it may seem far away from the city centre, there is a metro station nearby which takes you to the centre in a couple of minutes. In the vicinity is also Tesco hypermarket and handful of shops and restaurants.
