Villa Ilios has been maintained to an exceptional standard and is in excellent condition with high-quality finishes. It is highly suitable for children and adults of all ages! It is truly a home from home with every comfort accommodated for. Outside there is a courtyard garden with table & chairs for alfresco dining overlooking landscaped gardens and large size swimming pool. There are toilet & shower facilities and sun loungers are provided. While Cyprus has a very low crime rate we do provide a safe for your valuables. We do provide cribs, playpens, high chairs, and other necessities for babies and children if required (for a minimal fee). Please let us know in advance and we would be happy to arrange it.

We are two couples that own this lovely home. We met in 2006 when our children were young and became fast friends. A few years later we began working together in our real estate company Cyprus101. Fourteen years later, we decided to purchase this lovely villa as a joint venture. Being in the real estate business ourselves we see a lot of properties on a daily basis, but we especially fell in love with this one! It is our first rental investment in Paphos and we hope you enjoy staying in it and much as we love it. Villa Ilios is situated on a small exclusive complex in Kato Paphos, within 20 minutes walking distance to the centre of Kato Paphos, beachfront and harbour area with its many tavernas, shops and archaeological sites. There is also a bus stop very nearby and two mini-markets, taverna, and other amenities. ***While we are new to Booking in October 2021, we have excellent reviews from our guests over the past few years on our other site***
