The space This newly renovated ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have wonderful new beds. Through the spacious living room with open kitchen you enter the terrace through the patio doors. Here is a dining area, a lounge set and two sunbeds. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. The terrace is equipped with a shade cloth. Enjoy the Caribbean evening breeze from your terrace with a beautiful view over the Caribbean sea and golf course. While the Curaçaoan sun may be generous with its rays, it shows no mercy with our wallets. That's why many of us are frugal when it comes to using water and electricity. We're experts at taking quick showers, turning off lights when leaving a room and doing laundry on sunny days to keep that electricity bill low. To accommodate our guests a little, we have the following arrangement: Water (0.25 m3 per day) and electricity (15 Kwh per day) is included. For excess consumption, there is a charge of Usd 0,50 per Kwh and Usd 9,- per cubic meter of water used.
