Visit beautiful Locarno just a stone's throw from its Lido by staying in SUITE PARCO LAGO! This modern apartment, furnished with taste and flair, is located within a newly built building in a quiet residential area. The large and bright living room is composed as follows: an area with a sofa and TV in which to rest and read a book; a dining area with a round dining table for 4 people, in front of the modern kitchen equipped with everything you need; a space with a second sofa that becomes a double bed for the night. From here there is access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy in the different seasons of the mild Ticino climate, furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa. The bedroom is double, with a large closet to store all one's wardrobe. Finally, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use concludes the apartment. A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.
Free Wi-Fi for the guests. Parking is private in the condominium garage. The building also offers a bicycle storage room for guests' use.

Nearby: This charming apartment is in a fantastic location, and because of this it offers the unique opportunity to experience Locarno at its best: it allows you to stay in the tranquility of nature, but at the same time to quickly reach any service: clothing stores, grocery stores, bars and restaurants. With just a few steps you can access the 1.5-km-long Percorso Vita and the Parco della Pace; a short distance away is the world-famous Locarno Falconry; skirting Lake Maggiore to the south is the Parco delle Camelie; Piazza Grande, the main square that hosts the most stores and, in August, the Locarno Film Festival, is only 1.2 km away. To reach what is perhaps the best attraction of all, the Lido di Locarno, on the other hand, it is only a five-minute walk. Inside, one can enjoy indoor and outdoor swimming pools, water slides, fitness activities, and a lakeside park. How to get there:
By car, from the A2 highway take exit 48-Rivera; then from the A13 take the Locarno exit, and on Route 13 set the GPS: the apartment is about five minutes away. By train, get off at Locarno Stazione and take bus number 3 in the direction of "Locarno, Delta Maggia," getting off after four stops at "Locarno Lido"; it is only a three-minute walk to the apartment.
