Rehwiesa C04 is a charming and renovated 1-bedroom apartment located in Maranerstrasse, Arosa. Rooms: - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fondue and raclette set, Nespresso coffee machine and basic cooking utensils. - The spacious living room with TV, internet, access to the balcony, dining table and a double bed. - The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer. - The terrace is very sunny all day long and has a view of the mountains. In winter you can see the ski slope that crosses the complex. - The flat has a reserved parking space in front of the building. Extras: The flat is situated in an apartment complex with laundry, ski room and right in front of the building there is a ski slope and a bus stop. The flat also enjoys a very sunny location and a large terrace. - The swimming pool is available from 7:00 to 21:00 (The second Thursday of each month, it will be closed for cleaning). - To use the sauna, guests must check in with the concierge. This can be done in the lobby of building A of the complex, next to the entrance of the building.

The Rehwiesa complex is located on Maranerstrasse and is relatively close to the centre on foot and to the train station. There is also a bus stop right in front of the complex which will take you to the centre in 5 minutes. The area is residential and very quiet and in winter there is a ski slope right in front of the apartment.
