The large living room consists of the sitting area, with a comfortable corner consisting of two sofas for watching a movie or reading and chatting with friends, and the dining area, with a table for 6 people. From this room there is direct access to the terrace, which follows the perimeter of the apartment, on which to enjoy the Ticino sun and the magnificent view, seated on armchairs. The kitchen is separate, modern and complete with appliances and the necessary accessories for preparing lunches and dinners; there is also a table for 4 people here.  There are two bedrooms, both double, spacious and furnished with closets to store all one's luggage. There are also two bathrooms, one service and one complete with shower. Concluding the apartment is a study room, furnished with armchairs and a table to dedicate yourself to relaxation, study and work, with two windowed walls that can be opened: you will feel like you are immersed in the surrounding landscape!
