MARAINI 15 APARTMENT is a charming two-room apartment with lake view, furnished with taste and inspiration, with an artistic soul: the beautiful canvases embellish all environments, giving a cheerful and welcoming touch! Dark wood parquet is common throughout the house. The large terrace frames the living room and bedroom, offering a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano: sip a good glass of Ticino wine while admiring the sun that blushes among the green Ticino mountains! The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa for 3, facing the flat-screen TV, which becomes a double bed for the night. The room continues with the fully equipped corner kitchen and the dining table for 4. In the double bedroom there is a chest of drawers for your linen, and in the corridor the large wardrobe contains all your luggage! The bathroom is finished with a retro style bathroom. Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa.

Nearby: Lakefront and Lac, the city centre and the station of Lugano are, respectively, 5 and 7 minutes’ walk away; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building, there is a grocery store. How to arrive: If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini, or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or No. 4 for 2 stops (5 minutes) until "Lugano Loreto" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the bus stop. If you arrive by car, from the A2 highway take "Lugano Sud" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will arrive at the apartment.
