 The guest group leader is required to complete an ONLINE CHECK-IN:
 - The acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Quokka Sagl (you can read them by clicking on the link that is shown) - the uploading of an identity document (ID or Passport) - the entry of names, surnames, dates of birth of all guests. - the signing of a CONTRACT with the QUOKKA Sagl agency, with the acceptance of a set of Regulations. Only upon completion of all these steps, the guest will receive instructions to enter the building.

Centrally located, this one-bedroom apartment is next to the EOC (Regional Hospital of Bellinzona and Valleys), making it ideal for health care personnel, researchers, etc., but also for family members and friends of inpatients who need convenient access to the hospital, without sacrificing the comfort and warmth of a cozy home.
CASA GIANNA is a romantic duplex where wood is the protagonist, in the furniture, parquet flooring and ceilings, creating the atmosphere of a mountain cottage: there is even a nice stove to warm your winter evenings! The living room consists of the relaxation area, with TV and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed (140 cm) for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared for your arrival, because we think it is correct that you can use the sofa during the hours not dedicated to sleep. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). Next door, separate, is the kitchen, complete with everything you need and the dining table, and from here you have access to the wooden balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the mild climate of Ticino in every season, sitting on the table for 4 people. Going up the stairs, you enter the sleeping area, with the lovely master bedroom and the cabin-style closet, where you can store all your wardrobe. Completing the apartment is the original bathroom with shower.
Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 
We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

CASA GIANNA is adjacent to the EOC Hospital, convenient for anyone who needs quick access to the hospital facility, for work, inpatient visits, medical needs. a 5-minute drive from Bellinzona's historic center. Visit the beautiful castles, UNESCO World Heritage Sites Castel Grande, Montebello and Sasso Corbaro: they offer spectacular views of the city and surrounding mountains. Bellinzona's historic center is a labyrinth of narrow cobblestone streets, picturesque squares and old buildings in vibrant colors. Bellinzona hosts many events and happenings throughout the year, including music festivals, food fairs, and craft markets. Not to be missed is the famous Rabadan Carnival, an event full of parades, gastronomy, music and parties that lasts 6 days and attracts thousands of Swiss and international guests. A famous and nearby attraction is the Carasc Tibetan Bridge on Monte Carasso, which can be reached in about 20 to 25 minutes by car: 270 meters long, at its central point the bridge rises as high as 130 m above the ground, and walking across it is a unique experience! Locarno can be reached in 30 minutes by car and 25/30 minutes by train; San Bernardino, with its trails and ski slopes, can be reached in 40/50 minutes by car; Lugano in 30 minutes by car and 30/40 minutes by train. How to get there:
By car: From the Bellinzona Nord exit of the A13 highway, continue to Via Galbisio, Via Giuseppe Lepori and Via Mirasole. After following the GPS, you will then be on Via Lugano in the direction of Via Ospedale. From here in 2 minutes you will be in front of the apartment. So from the highway exit to the apartment is about 13 minutes by car.
By public transportation: Once you arrive at the Bellinzona FFS Station walk 2 minutes to the stop "Bellinzona, Via Pellandini" and take bus nr. 5 in the direction of "Ravecchia, Madonna della Neve" for 9 stops (8 minutes) and get off at "Bellinzona, Ospedale." From there in 1 minute walk you will be in front of the apartment.
