The apartment is on the ground floor of a single house with an independent entrance. It includes a kitchen with cooking utensils, a living room with a sofa bed (measuring 130x190), a room with bed (measuring 160x190), a room with a drying room and containers for recycling Pet, aluminum and glass bottles and a bathroom. FREE ON-SITE PARKING is available. THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY OF CHARGING ELECTRIC VEHICLES. THE COST IS FR. 0.50 PER KW. PAYMENT IN CASH (ALSO IN EUROS) IS REQUIRED. THOSE WHO WISH TO PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD WILL HAVE THE COST OF THE COMMISSION ADDED. BREAKFAST is not included, but each adult guest is offered 3 coffee capsules for each overnight stay. The property is located just an 8-minute walk from the Splash and Spa water park and from the departure with the cable car to Monte Tamaro. Guests receive 2 FREE PASSES for the WATER PARK SPLASH E SPA valid untill check-out and it is included the gym, swimming pool, slides, saunas, hot tubs and Hamam are included. For a family of 4, the 2 boys can take advantage of the HOLIDAY CARD and have a 20% DISCOUNT on each entry for the entire duration of the stay. You must bring your own towels for the water park. In addition, guests can take advantage of the HOLIDAY CARD, which among the various offers, gives the possibility of having a 20% DISCOUNT for the MONTE TAMARO CABLE CAR, one way or return (CABLE CAR SEASON: FROM MARCH 25Th UNTIL THE FIRST SUNDAY OF NOVEMBER).
