This makes our apartments a cheaper and more interesting alternative to hotels for both business travellers and tourists.

*** We do not have a reception and self-check-in takes place after the detailed instructions. *** Our exclusive and high-quality apartments are fully furnished and have a kitchen/kitchenette (including microwave and fridge - excluding kettle, toaster) Pans, pots, cutlery and crockery are provided. WLAN high-speed Internet, satellite TV, electronic safe, hair dryer and a spacious desk for home office complete the offer. The bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) is suitable for 1 - 2 persons. There is place for up to 3 people in bigger apartments with separate bedroom. The apartments are modern and stylishly furnished and designed for longer stays. The rent includes all additional costs (electricity, heating and water), TV & Internet connection. Once a week the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, the bed linen & towels are changed, the hand soap refilled and the waste disposed. The final cleaning will be done after your check-out. *** For the self-check-in instruction is the prepayment and providing of the ID document as a photo or hard copy, in advance, required. ***

Neighbourhood information

Spreitenbach is ideally located in the western extension area of the city of Zurich - ideal between Zurich and Zurich Airport. The city centre and airport can be easily reached by car within 10 to 15 minutes. The Limmat Valley Railway, which will be built in the near future, is part of the city's transport network and will have its own tram stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartments. In addition, the Spreitenbach train station can be reached by bus in 10 minutes, from where you can reach Zurich main station within 15 minutes. The apartments are located in a very quiet residential area with a view of the Spiegelpark. The shopping centre Shoppi & Tivoli with 170 shops from various food and non-food segments is in the immediate vicinity, less than five minutes' walk away. For those who are interested in sports, there are, in addition to the Shoppi Tivoli, various possibilities such as a tennis club, fitness centre, go-kart track, indoor swimming pool and a Vita course.
