OWNERS PRIMARY RESIDENCE. Waiting on Licence Number. PLEASE NOTE that this is a Guest suite with a private entrance. Altho private and independent with a private entrance, It is not an entire independent home. This is a Lovely 3-bedroom 2-bath Suite located Just 5 minutes from the Beautiful Beaches of Royal Bay Conveniently located in one of Colwoods most desirable areas, Everything you need for a comfortable stay is just minutes away. Just a Quick drive south to Downtown Victoria, Or a quick drive north towards the world famous China / French / Mystic Beach. This is the perfect place to call home during your visit to our beautiful Island.
I love to travel all over the world, so providing a nice clean place for travellers visiting our city makes me happy and is important to me.
Colwood's oceanfront boasts exhilarating views that take in the City of Victoria and span all the way around to the Olympic Mountains in the distance. Colwood has an abundance of beautiful, forested parks and trails to enjoy. The Southern Vancouver Island climate makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors all year round, with warm, dry weather in summer and mild, wet winters. Rich in history, the City of Colwood dates dating back to the 18th century and is home to many of Vancouver Island's most significant historical landmarks. Also popular among visitors and locals alike is Esquimalt Lagoon. The Lagoon, bordered by the vast forests of the Royal Roads University and Fort Rodd Hill, is a beautiful oceanside park within walking distance of the City Centre. A designated bird sanctuary and historic First Nations site, is a point of pride for locals and a popular recreational destination for visitors who want to bird watch, walk, swim, dive or kayak, and is home one of the most beautiful and biologically diverse ecosystems on the planet. There is a Bus stop down the street that can take you to all schools, downtown and surrounding areas
