We are located in a northern suburb of Toronto so you’ll need a car to get around. Close to the city yet far enough to relax and enjoy a bit of nature. The Loft is a 2 bedroom unit with a separate entry. It is solely dedicated to renting and suitable for up to 5 people. Full sized open concept kitchen and living room, private bathroom with shower stall. Central heat and A/C. 2 Bedrooms with queen beds. 2nd Bedroom sleeps 3 people. Parks, hiking trails and outdoor tennis courts nearby. 4 min drive to supermarkets, dining, beer/liquor stores, yoga studio, gym. Safe, private, upscale neighborhood, surrounded by mature trees, golf courses and country side roads. The views are Spectacular. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. Video monitored 24/7 for added security. Motion sensor lights after dark. The Loft is situated above the garage and requires walking up a steep set of stairs. I began hosting on another platform 7 years ago. I love meeting travellers from all over the world. As a traveller, cleanliness and comfort in any accommodation is my number one requirement. I have earned the "super-host" award for many consecutive years because of cleanliness, uniqueness and ease of communications. If you are looking for a place to be your home while you are away from home, look no further... you just found your place. While on the property, you may run into 2 cats and 2 mid-sized dogs who will be happy to greet you. If the dogs get too excited tell them, in a firm voice, to "Stay Down". They know a few tricks too, and if I am around they will be happy to show them off. They LOVE to meet and greet everyone, especially if you give them attention. I look forward to hosting you. Bella

The property feels like you’re in the country yet it is under 1 hour drive from downtown Toronto. There are two (2) GoTrain stations (King&Maple) will take you to Union Station (Downtown Toronto) and they are 5 and 10 minute drive from the property. TTC (metro) has recently extended the subway line further north for easier commute and access. We do not have public transport nearby but it’s easy to Uber to the metro station and Go Train. Closest station is Vaughan Metropolitan Station - 15 minutes from here (has commuter parking lots). Nearest park with children's playgrounds, walking/cycling trails, wildlife habitat, ponds are all a 5 minute walk from the house. We are 10 minutes to 2 hospitals - Mackenzie Health and Cartellucci Vaughan Hospital; 15 minutes to Vaughan Mills Outlet shopping centre, The Wave Pool and Paramount Canada's Wonderland.
