Our serene 2 bedroom condo is in one of the nicest neighborhood in Winnipeg. The building is new and the neighborhood is very quiet and serenely beautiful. All major amenities about 5 minutes walk away from the property: gyms, Save on Food for grocery shopping, Domino Pizza, Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, TD Bank, RBC Bank, etc. Parking is available right in front of the unit and free WIFI available to guests.

Quiet, nice and safe neighborhood. There is a reserved free parking lot right in front of the unit and there is free street parking on the adjacent street. There is a city transport bus stop right beside the building. There is beautiful paved walking trails all around the neighborhood.
