***be AWARE of the ladder access to the loft*** This unique place is the first legal tiny house in Kitchener. Professionally designed with 16’ high cathedral ceilings. Has its own separated backyard from main house. Steps away from CF Fairview Park, Rockway Golf Course, and the LRT to get around town. Walking distance to the plaza that has grocery stores, pharmacy, dollar shop, coffee shops, and restaurants. Close to the highway, and it's just 8 minutes to DT Kitchener.
It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.
Located in the quiet family oriented neighbourhood. It is just steps away from CF Fairview Park that offers everything you need for your comfortable stay. The area is great for walking and biking in morning and night. If you're a golfer, the Rockway Golf Course is only 2.5km away. You are within short drive distance to all of the major attractions around the city such as St.Jacobs Farmers Market, and Elora. This home is minutes away from Highway 8 for quick access to anywhere in Kitchener/Waterloo, and GTA. From Toronto Pearson International Airport - 54 min via 401W by car - 2 hrs by public transportation Easy access to the public transit (GRT, VIA) walking distance Many local hiking and biking trails are nearby, enjoy the lovely landscaping and the modern city vibe!
