Our beautiful and comfortable 3000sqf house is located in Niagara Falls. This B&B is operated with a government issued Licence (Licence NO: L-BE-0061). Guests can access, use and enjoy all the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room, backyard and office/study room on the second floor. Guests share these common areas with the host who is also the house manager. There are two bedrooms on the second floor for the guests, each for up to two people (child included). 1 Guest room one, Double Room with Private Bathroom, is the master bedroom of the house with a large full ensuite bathroom. 2 Guest room two, Double Room with Private External Bathroom, is another smaller bedroom with a private full bathroom next to it. The house manager uses the bedroom on the main floor and a full bathroom in the basement. Free parking is on the driveway of the house. There are several cameras installed outside the house for security purposes, none on the first floor or second floor of the house, but there are cameras in the basement, where is not open to guests. Registered guests stay only. Guests are required to notify the host in advance and by appointment only if they have visitors. Maximum 2 visitors per guest room. No visitors after 10pm. No visitors after August 14, 2023 booking.
