Welcome! This newly renovated minimalistic home is just minutes to everything The Limestone City has to offer. It is conveniently located just 3 minutes to the 401, 10-15 minutes to the West End and 5 minutes to Princess St. Pets are always welcome! This home is suitable for short or long-term stays as it includes laundry, a full kitchen, a new Douglas mattress, a sofa-bed in the living room, wi-fi, smart tv and free parking for two vehicles. The heat and air conditioning are guest controlled. When you see the house for the first time you may think "We're staying in a garage!" and that's because you are! I met several people while renovating/decorating the house and found out about 50 years ago there was a skate sharpening business in the basement of the main house on the property. The grandmother of the person that did the skate sharpening lived in this short-term rental. I do not know when the garage was converted into a residence but it was at least 50 years ago. There are two houses on this unique property but each unit is completely separate and self-contained. There is an elderly tenant that lives in the main house on the property and leads a quiet life so there is an unlikely chance you will encounter the tenant.

I enjoy traveling and prefer sunny destinations in the winter with Roatan, Honduras being my favorite. Israel tops my list for sight seeing and history.
