This room is in a large. very quiet house. The room is very spacious and bright. A king size bed, big TV, closet. If you live here, you will feel very quiet and comfortable. The room is in a quiet house, the house has is 9 years. It has heated floor, Central air conditioning, central automatic fresh air. In the garage there is a kitchen, washing machine, oven , microwave, toaster . The kitchen and machinery in the garage are for tenant use only. Note: Access to separate room from garage. The house is located on a quiet street.three minutes drive to Costco,25 min drive to airport and downtown Vancouver ,5 min drive to new Westminster , 10 min drive to metro town,12 min walk to sixth street,all above places have a wide section of supermarkets,coffee and restaurant.
