The place is included a kitchen, dining room, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 washrooms. The patio with conversation chairs is where you and your family and friends would share precious time together. Restaurants, shops, parks, playgrounds, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place.

The home is located in Downsview Park, one of the largest park in Toronto and close to many convenient places such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, mall... on Keel Street (5-10Mn of walking) NO PEOPLE RENTING IN THE BASEMENT. You get the ENTIRE place. There is also a washer and dryer set in the basement dedicated to guests use. 5mn of walking to TTC station (bus line 41&341) and GO bus 10mn of walking to Metro supermarket, Tim horton, restaurant, banks 5mn to Highway 401, 400 and Humber river hospital 10mn to Yorkdale mall, York university, Walmart, Costco... 15 mn to Pearson airport 25 mn to Downtown You have bus line 96, 120 or 41 to get to the TTC station
