The property is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in São Paulo, there are restaurants, coffee shops, banks, a bus stop, bicycles for rent, parks, all within walking distance. We rent two separate room in the apartment, one with a double standard bed and the other with two twin beds. There is one bathroom, but we always block the other room once a room is rented, so guests do not have to share the bathroom. There is a cleaning lady who lives in the service area and who cleans the apartment and will look after you. The apartment has a small white poodle called Spike, who stays in the service area and does not come into the rented areas. We do not serve food but you can order and eat in the apartment. The rooms are comfortable and silent. You can use the living room, watch TV and use the dining room as well. Kitchen is closed for guests.

I work as an interpreter and I live in São Paulo. I enjoy traveling, swimming, films, technology and love my job. I also own property in the Amazon and in Santos, by the beach.
