Sofia Downtown Boutique Apart is a small coquette apartment located in the heart of Sofia, only steps away from the national palace of culture (NDK) and the main walking street- bul. Vitosha. SDBA is 45 sq m one bedroom apartment that was just renovated. The apartment consists of: - [ ] a bedroom with a queen size bed, flat TV screen(with cabel/ internetTV and free wifi) air conditioning and open wardrobe. - [ ] Living room with fully equipped kitchen (all appliances are newly installed- oven, double fires, refrigerator and a washing machine), round table for four, sofa bed , a very comfortable armchair, a coffee table, a tabouret, flat tv screen with cabel /internet TV and free wifi. The treasure in our living room is an old Russian fridge turned into a mini bar that will treat you free Nespresso coffee, tea and cold water. - [ ] The bathroom is newly renovated in white and wood with black showers and accessories. Shampoo and shower gel are there at your disposal. - [ ] In the hallway apart from the mirror window there is an inbuilt wardrobe where the washing machine is hidden. - [ ] The apartment also has a lovely small balcony that is dressed in green grass and lights where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. - [ ] In case you are traveling by car, the apartment has a private garage with automatic door in the same building. The apartment is perfect for couples or 2 people visiting Sofia but can easily accommodate one more person or baby/kid.
One of the best things about the apartment is its location. It is within walking distance from major city landmarks and institutions. The streets around the apartment are full of small cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and bars which makes it so easy to grab a breakfast or a quick lunch any time you want. The neighbourhood is perfect, right in the center of Sofia, but quiet and peaceful. The Public transport is near by and easy to access. Close to the National Palace of Culture (NDK) and the building of the European Commission in Bulgaria. You can enjoy also Starbucks near by.
