Kamenitza Guest Flat is a boutique one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a two-story family house, with its own separate independent entrance. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood just 15 minutes walking distance from the city center and the Old Town. There is a well maintained park nearby with kids playgrounds and outside sports facilities for adults. There is plenty of free and safe street parking on all the streets around the building, which is a big advantage compared to the streets in the very center of the city. Our one-bedroom apartment was recently fully renovated and furnished with modern furniture and appliances - everything you would need for your comfortable stay. There is a bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The bedroom overlooks a quiet street and has two single beds which can be used separately or joined as a single master bed for couples. There is a wardrobe, dresser and two night stands. The couch in the living room pulls out into a double bed at 130x190cm. The kitchen includes everything you might need during your stay, including coffee and tea. Instead of a balcony, there is an inner patio with a sitting area overlooking our green yard.

This is one of the quietest neighborhoods in the city, all the while being extremely close to the city center and the Old Town of Plovdiv and major roads leading in and out of the city and city center. The Big Basilica and Small Basilica are just 20 minutes by foot. Kamenitza is the name of a popular brand of Bulgarian beer which used to be produced in the old Beer Factory nearby and this is how the neighborhood got its name. There is a Museum of Beer being built right now in place of the beer factory building.
