The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a 1929 house and obviously does not have a lift 😀 We hope to have preserved some of the original charm of the place while in the same time added amenities making your stay comfortable and pleasant. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, including luxury silverware. Two ways to make coffee are available. Kettle, hot plate, microwave and toaster are there for your convenience. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the gorgeous Vitosha mountain from all windows and the balcony, the entire place is facing South. On a "green" note, filtered water jar helps us ans you contribute to less plastics being thrown in the environment. Recycling bins are available just outside the front door. We can do the recycling for you, if you would only separate while staying with us. Heating and cooling is done by energy saving smart devices, whenever it was possible.

Lions' Bridge is only 5 min walk from our place, Alexander Nevski Cathedral, the iconic landmark of Sofia is a pleasant 15-20 min.
