This 5-bedroom villa in Theux is ideal for a group of 9 people or families with children to stay. It offers an infrared sauna and private swimming pool to relax. You can enjoy hiking and cycling in the place. Explore the caves of Remouchamps at 14 km, the waterfalls of Coo, amusement park PlopsaCoo at 28 km, Malmedy and Stavelot. You can also enjoy cross country skiing in Ovifat. Take a walk in the forest at 100 m to connect with nature. You can enjoy the local cuisine from restaurants at 3 km and buy your daily groceries from the supermarket at 3 km. The sitting room has a warm fireplace and there is central heating in the house that keeps you cozy. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with all amenities and also provides a high chair.
