Cozy lounge with spacious dining room opening onto the sunny terrace. Guest toilet in the stairwell. On the first floor: master room with charming balcony and connecting private bathroom with double sink and bathtub. Second spacious bedroom with private shower room. Third double bedroom with separate shower room. Second floor: inspiring, charming penthouse room with multifunctional space. Exclusive and optimal comfort in the entire house. The many large windows provide a fantastic light that emphasizes the pure character of the house. On the fully equipped sun terrace you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening with all the peace and privacy. There is a private driveway for 2 cars as well as a garage for bicycles, ... Also several parking spaces in front of the house. This property is looking for ideal family bon vivants. Pets and organizing parties are not allowed in the house.
