Large, bright house located in 1 haven of peace in the Thier district of Liège, with private land for 2 parking spaces in front, as well as a lovely, secluded garden with trees and a vegetable patch. The room is not bright. There's a billiard table, 1 fully fitted kitchen, nice shower room (Italian shower). I work outside Belgium and am only there for 105days a month, so there are my personal belongings. all amenities included. I CAN BE PRESENT. Part of the garden is covered with pallets during March and April so that plants can grow without being crushed by the dog...
I work outside Belgium and am only there for 20 days a month, so there are my personal belongings. If I'm there, my Jack Russel Terrier won't hesitate to ask you for a cuddle. He's badly castrated, very playful and jovial.
Le Thier a Liege is a quiet, very green neighborhood on the outskirts of Liege center, and the street is even more so. It's a small, narrow street, which means there are very few cars on the street. There's plenty of opportunity for a stroll. Sheep, goats, donkeys and horses in the street. The Bernalmont golf course is a 15-minute walk away. Shops such as pharmacies, bakeries, organic groceries, ice cream parlors, etc. are less than 10 minutes' walk away. There are many footpaths and cycle paths to reach Liege on foot. The property is close to the Vottem freeway exit (5min by car), Place St Lambert (10min by car), footpaths, buses (1,4,5,6,7and 24 are between 2 and 10 min walk). Herstal station is less than 20 minutes' walk and Lambert station 30 minutes' walk. There are many hiking and cycling trails.
