This is an large L shape space with a full kitchen and separate bathroom/toilet, with glimpses of Melbourne lights. Public transport at each end of the street, many good restaurants, pubs and Supermarkets all a 3 minute walk. Facilities inc: - internal stairs up to the apartment - shared laundry - 2 x TVs - dishwasher - air-conditioning - private entrance - street parking. - full cooking facilities Come and go as you please, digital key pad at the door to allow any arrival or departure time.
I live in the house in the next street and available to help should you need any thing else.
It is a very safe area with the Police station just two door away There is a tram stop at either end of Wellington St (next to Bryant St) and a train station within 4 min walk.
