A unique property The Jetty's name comes from the massive raised deck stretching the length of the house, where guests can lounge, dine, play and be entertained. 'The Jetty' a one of a kind renovated beach house provides a self contained stay in a 'mini beach resort'. With a fully enclosed yard why not bring the family pet. Designed to cater for families, but equally a romantic getaway, special event or friends catchup. The price is for the entire house to a maximum of 9 guests. The Jetty is undergoing a major maintenance program (February 2021) be sure to check out new photos and facilities from March. Your safety takes highest priority. The Jetty is professionally cleaned between guests. Guests are also requested to check in on the Safe WA App on arrival. The house is split level - bedrooms, bathrooms, powder room and lounge kitchenette/bar leading to the deck on upper level. Lower level - Dining/lounge (with fireplace), well equipped chefs kitchen complete with wood fired oven and coffee machine. Beyond the bifold doors uncover the backyard - spa (hot tub), day bed, fire pit (available when outdoor fire restrictions allow), giant outdoor games, playground, mini golf.

To this end be sure to let us know if you have any questions or special requirements. I first came to Lancelin as a young girl during the summer school holidays. What adventures we had; days spent on the beaches, swimming and surfing, fishing from the town jetty and escapades in the sand dunes. These are some of the best memories of my holidays as a kid. It was years later that an opportunity presented for me to own a 'beach shack' and little piece of this holiday mecca. Being an avid traveller I am always keen to learn from others experiences. I am forever grateful to all my family, friends and guests that have created 'The Jetty' into what it is today. Many ideas incorporated into the property developed from feedback and discussions over a BBQ and glass or two of wine in the 'old shack' or cocktail on the new deck. I love to cook and entertain and it is my hope you enjoy the experiences the kitchen and outdoor cookers offer. Located in the small fishing village of Lancelin 130 km north of Perth, Western Australia, "The Jetty" offers luxury accommodation that is only a short walk to the beach. Swim, surf, snorkel, wind or kite surf from the numerous beaches. Boats can be launched from the beach or fish from the town jetty.
