** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Swan Bay Lookout" comprises spacious living over two levels and features 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3 toilets), with lovely water views, and is located on the main Phillip Island road in Surf Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** The upper level of the home features the master bedroom with en-suite and walk in robe, the main living, kitchen and dining area (with a split system air conditioning) as well as a powder room for guests. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Relax and take in the peaceful water and rural views on this level or take a short walk to the breathtaking surf beach just minutes away. The lower level of the home has three bedrooms including one with bi-fold doors, living space with kitchenette, a family bathroom and European laundry. ** Outdoor Areas ** The lovely landscaped rear yard includes an outdoor entertaining area with access from an adjacent lane way. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with standard cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, walk in pantry, large fridge, dishwasher, and electric oven and cook top. ** Bedroom Configuration: ** "Swan Bay Lookout" is configured to comfortably sleep any combination of adults and children up to a maximum of 10: Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (Downstairs): Two Single beds Bedroom 3 (Downstairs): One Queen bed Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): Two single beds There is also a double divan/sofa in the second living area downstairs, suitable for two adults or children. ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
