Ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, open-plan living and dining, a well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and butler's pantry, and large stacking doors which opens out onto a large under cover entertaining area with BBQ where you can gather with family and friends with your favourite chilled beverage and grazing platter while enjoying the water views. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the private mooring, and the close proximity to a boat ramp, there is also 4 kayaks to enjoy at your leisure. Only minutes from the world renowned Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the neighbouring town of Huskisson. These premises are let for holiday purposes only. Belle Property Escapes Jervis Bay offers privately owned homes in residential areas for the purpose of family holidays or a relaxing getaway. They are NOT for use as "party venues", Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.

Jervis Bay is boarded by two national parks and a marine park that’s teeming with playful sea life. On land, hiking and cycling trails lead to cliff-top lookouts and remote beaches. At the southern end of Jervis Bay is Booderee National Park, which has bushland and wildlife in abundance. And the beaches? They’re postcard-perfect (Murrays Beach or Greenpatch are our picks). But there really is no better way to explore this beautiful part of the South Coast than by water. Wildlife cruises will take you around Jervis Bay Marine Park, which is a haven for bottlenose dolphins, fur seals, little penguins, and migrating whales. The beaches around Jervis Bay are perfect in every way, with Hyams, Huskisson, and Murray’s Beach boasting some of the regions’ finest. Swimming, kayaking, boating, fishing, and stand-up paddleboarding are a favourite pastime. And in season, whale watching is a must. For those who prefer to stay on land to watch these beauties, Point Perpendicular Lighthouse on the northern tip and Cape St George Lighthouse on the southern side.
