This is a getaway in paradise and is the perfect destination for your next holiday! This beautiful home is high quality and modern! Only a short drive to best cafes, beach and shopping center. Plenty of space to spread out or sit together! Bring you boat and park it on the pontoon for easy access to the passage! This holiday home is perfect - don't look any further! Separate lounge room for the kids to play while the adults relax! Plenty of space for everyone. Four bedrooms, 2 bathroom. Stunning outdoor area to enjoy! Chefs kitchen if you want to do some cooking or enjoy 1 of the many restaurants all within 5 minutes of driving! Wifi available Air conditioning Double garage Please note this luxurious home is located in the prestigious Pacific Harbour Residential Estate. The covenant has a minimal noise condition between 10pm to 7am. DON'T DELAY IN BOOKING THIS STUNNING CANAL HOME FOR YOUR NEXT VACATION! We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we don't charge the bond out. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.
