In 2022 we purchased the Yacaaba Street property, becoming the 3rd owners of this precious property since it was built in the 1960s, and established Cool Change Accommodation and Venue Hire. During the renovation process and creation of Cool Change our aim was to preserve some of the original1960s features while still introducing contemporary luxuries, and to create a sophisticated yet chilled environment. To achieve this, we needed to step away from the expected "norm" when designing a coastal beach house, which in turn gave us the opportunity to offer our guests something a little refreshingly different.
