The house is an older brick and tile home with closed in patio under main roof. Wooden floors to most of home. Air conditioned. Can unwind under patio with a drink or cigarette Lge rear yard. Pets allowed but must be cleaned up after by owner. Any damage payable. Parking in front.
I love keeping the garden and having my home available for guests. I am a good natured friendly approachable person with laid back life style. No hassles.
Very quiet, peaceful area. Within walking distance to small shops and park or 5 min drive to major shopping centres. 10 min drive to beach and city centre. Taxis available.
