Bluewater Splendour, the ultimate beach home, is the perfect holiday duplex for all the family, extended family and couples to enjoy the best holiday they could imagine. A brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with amazing views, and with features such as a lift, a heated infinity pool and ducted air conditioning, to name a few. The large duplex accommodates 14 (10 x adults maximum), no extras are permitted. The booking will be quoted for 8 people. Any more than 8 people will be an addiotnal fee for the trundle beds. Included in the tariff is two King, one Queen and two single beds. The 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th person are an addiotnal one hundred per stay. All three balconies boast great water views, with the top balcony off the living area having wow factor 180 degree views over Salamander Bay, Tea Gardens and Hawkes Nest and through to the heads. Youll never want to leave, but if you do, this home is a short walk to beautiful Wanda Beach, Salamander Bay Village Shops, and old fashioned cake shop, Bottlo, cafes and restaurants for all your holiday needs. It is also close to two beach front parks with picnic tables, play equipment and is just a 3 minute drive to the nearest boat ramp. Bluewater Splendour is a three level, luxurious property that includes your own private heated infinity pool and a lift to all three levels.
