Your apartment is located in the posh district of Währing, not far from the historic city center, which you can reach in just 15 minutes with the 42 tram (directly in front of the front door). The immediate area inspires with its beautiful old Viennese houses with numerous small boutiques, hip bars as well as restaurants and shops for everyday needs. The famous Viennese "Heurigen" in the vineyards with a view over Vienna are not far away and invite you to linger. Our studio is the perfect address for all those who are happy when they can leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind after a hard day and end the day with a glass of wine in one of Vienna's greenest districts. In the immediate vicinity of the accommodation is the 42 tram, which takes you to the city center in 15 minutes. The tram lines 40 and 41 are also nearby and go to the city center as well as to the noble residential area of ​​the 18th district of Währing. The underground line U6 is about 5 minutes away by tram line 42 and about 15 minutes on foot. Likewise, the S-Bahn line 45, which takes you to the airport in about 60 minutes, is only a few minutes' walk away. If you come with your own car, we will of course provide a free parking space for your car in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
