There are ducks and chickens in the garden and the views are just gorgeous! The whole house is for you and your group. The garden is all yours. It offers amenities like a balcony with views of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier, a flat-screen satellite TV and an outdoor area with barbecue facilities. The ski lift is just a 4 minutes drive away. Free high speed WiFi is provided throughout the property. The spacious Kollinger house comprises a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with showe, bidet and a washing machine! There's also an outdoor dining area, where meals can be consumed during summer. A supermarket can be reached within 2 minutes by car and the closest restaurant is a 3-minute walk away. Kaprun’s centre is within 1.2 km and Zell am See can be reached within 10 minutes by car. Free private parking is available. From May until October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rates.
