The apartment with a large terrace facing east with seating and barbecue as well as a garden of about 80m2 is located in a bungalow in Sekirn, just a few minutes from Lake Wörthersee. At the entrance there is another small terrace (west side) with a front garden. Directly from the house hiking and biking tours are possible. To the next lido in Sekirn or the free lido it is 2 minutes by car. Restaurants and stores are in Reifnitz or Klagenfurt and these are about 5 minutes away by car. Only 10 minutes to the outskirts of Klagenfurt where Minimundus the small world on Lake Wörthersee, a reptile zoo, a planetarium, the lido Klagenfurt and the pier of the Wörtherseeschifffahrt are located. It is another 5 minutes to the center of Klagenfurt. The neighboring Bled in Slovenia or Tarvis in Italy can be reached in about 50 minutes.
