The apartment 70 mts, really huge, has just been anexed to the house we live in. The bathroom is zonified has two parts each one with an entrance door and all safety measures.. the bedroom is spacious, naturally lighted with a big window looking the gallerry . space for working , android tv. air conditioned and gas heating .,A kichenette with all necesary items: microwave, electric stove, fridge, electric keetle. crockery and cutlery.and a really big dinnig room and living room 35 square meters with everything, dinning table, cupboards, desk, coach, lamps, pictures with a sofa and a queen bed this room is also aired conditioned . Everything is new .it's decorated with typical crafts and the gardens are really beautiful ,refreshing in summer and cozy and sunny in winter. there are tables , chairs for relaxing or eating , enjoying the garden, one of them is of private use for guests. there is a laundry room for guests who stay over 3 days, that´s shares with us , the owners

I`m Marcela, together with Gerardo, middle aged couple we live in the premises, We are teachers and work from our house using the Internet. So we are available and at the same time , If you prefer you will not see us.. The house has two gardens , one in front of the apartment, just for you and the other at the entrance to the premises which you are invited to usei it has a fountain with acuatic plants creating a beautiful atmosphere.. we love to talk with people, learn about different cultures, to travel we can help you and are willing to give information about the city, places of interest as well as about the surroundings. we know our province and the country thoroughly. we are looking forward to receiving guests and being helpful we really enjoy thiis activity and wish our guests feel at home.

Banks, all kind of shops, shopping malls, All the best medical centers are located in the neighborhood, and we are at 5 kms from the historical center which is historical heritage From here you have access to all places in the hills surrounding the city: valle the calamuchita, Carlos paz, just 28 kms away. Cordoba is strategically located to go to other provinces. The airport has flights to most touristic places in argentina: calafate, ushuaia, Jujuy, Buenos Aires, Bariloche...
