My house has a great illumination, for that reason you don't have to turn on the lights during the day. It has air conditioner, which is really convenient in the summertime. Oven, refridgerator, toaster, microwave, tv, cable, as you can see is well equipped. It has a queen bed, and 3 more beds. It's important to mention, that you don't have any neighbors around, to exit the house you only have to open the door and you are outside. I live in the house next door, which makes my house a good one to rent since I'm available whenever you need me.

Núñez is a nice and quiet neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Convenient for its approximity to Avenida Cabildo where you can found lots of shops. Only 10 minutes away from subway line D , once you are in the subway in 25 minutes you are in downtown. Only 20 minutes by car to downtown by reaching the highway! There are lots of restaurants and a starbucks coffee only 5 blocks away. When you are here, Palermo Lake is a must! Only 15 minutes by bike.
