You will be warmly welcomed at this central Gyumri home. Each and every detail, down to the tiniest piece, is crafted and recreated with care and affection. The first level of this two-story home has four bedrooms with a total of five beds, accommodating a maximum of seven guests. On the ground level, you'll find a unique bar and game room where you may play chess and tennis in peace. In addition to the indoor conveniences, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, two bathrooms, a veranda off the garage, and a barbecue area at the backyard. Everything in the home, down to the shelves, beds, and basketball sheets, is crafted by hand with care and with the comfort of guests in mind. You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.

The Guest House is situated in the historic Kumayri neighborhood, where the city was founded in the 5th century B.C. It is the most culturally and historically significant part of Gyumri. Around 1,600 buildings and monuments can be found in the Kumayri District, spanning from Neoclassical to high-rise modernist architecture. It is a three to five minutes walk to the main attractions of the city, museums, cafes, restaurants, and amazing old buildings typical to Gyumri.
