This apartment is fully furnished, with very good and contemporary conditions. The apartment has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Also, the apartment has complete kitchen with all cooking equipment, air-conditioned, WiFi, Wifi TV, parking, etc. Animals are not allowed at home. The sea is located down of the building. It’s very quiet place and area. You can relax and feel good in the comfortable/modern furnishing. The apartment has a wide space where you can feel in the right place/your home. It is one of the most desirable areas, because it is near to the sea, trees area and access to move easily. The apartment is located in an easily accessible by car, taxi and public transport to Durres city center, port of Durres, airport, Tirana city and other cities.
