We built our Villa in 2013 and have lived on this wonderful island since that time. We love to entertain and many of the island’s best chefs have cooked in our kitchen. Since becoming grandparents, we now want to spend more time in the states with our children and so we decided to list Sunset Beach House as a rental. It is the perfect house for a large family or four couples, since the 4 king-sized, en-suite bedrooms are spread out over the 3 floors…one of the bedrooms has a separate entrance. Even while sitting at the pool, it is designed with a dining area, sunning area and an outdoor living/tv area. And while it is in a quiet part of the island, the location is perfect to get you to both the west end (Four Season Hotel, tourist restaurants) and the east end (world-class Shoal Bay and the best beach bars). Both can be reached within 20 minutes. And the sunsets, snorkeling right off property, and souls of waves at night make staying here magical.

Sunset Beach House sits on the sea rocks, with Villa Tasha to the west and Villa Kishti to the west. If you are renting car (which we strongly suggest so you can discover all of the places that make Anguilla so special), please follow signs to Villa Tasha and Villa Kishti to get to Sunset Beach House. The Villa has a gated entry (and the island’s nicest garden, which actually won garden of the year in 2017). Our house couple will be at there to welcome you.
